ANZAC Biscuits

We having been making ANZAC bikkies and man do they look good! And thank you to Gaby for bringing in her bikkies to share! Yummy!!

Does anybody know why ANZAC biscuits were so important and special?

    Thanks for sharing your anzac biscuits with the class today. They were delicious and chewy. I wonder if they will go hard if we keep them for 2 months - the same time it took for anzac biscuits to reach the soldiers in the war?
